TIPS FOR SUCCESS

1. Meet with counselor-Its always good to have someone else's input.  Especially on things like your high school career as well as your post graduation opportunities.  Counselors have the background and knowledge to assist students on their concerns.

2. Keep goals-Make it a goal to reach a certain GPA, to go to that prestigious university, or make the varsity team.  Set those goals and then do the necessary steps to achieve them.

3. Stay involved-Being involved in student activities keeps your focus on school and not outside distractions.

4. Go in for help-If you are confused, ask for help!  Every teacher in this school is more than willing to stay after to help you learn.

5. Go to class-You are here to learn, so learn!  Not going to class starts you on a downward spiral.  It's just a hassle to make up work from missing class for you and teachers.
