What is Scrip?

Scrip is a term that means “substitute money”.  When you purchase scrip, you are purchasing negotiable gift certificates and prepaid cards that are used just like cash.  You can use scrip to purchase everyday expenses like food, clothing, and other essentials, and with every purchase, you earn revenue for Alums & Friends of GW.  It can also be used to buy office supplies for your business.  If you buy a $25 gift card, you receive a $25 gift card.  The merchant pays Alums & Friends of GW a percentage of the sale.

How to place an order:

Go to www.shopwithscrip.com and choose Alums & Friends of GW, our enrollment code is 7L7D28BF15184.

Orders will be placed on the 15^th and end of each month except for December when orders will be placed on the 8^th and 15th.   Payment must be received prior to an order being placed.  Please include your name, address and phone number with your check so delivery of your order may be coordinated.  Gift cards take seven to ten days to be processed and delivered after the order is placed.
