The Feminist Club aims to:

  • Create a safe environment to discuss the unique issues women in today’s world face.

The mission of the George Washington High School Mock Trial Program is to provide education in life skills, our legal system in trial courts, and good citizenship. Our goals are to:

  • Build and improve personal attributes and life skills (good character and professionalism, critical thinking, persuasive argument and advocacy, public speaking, and teamwork);
  • Provide this educational opportunity to students of diverse abilities, backgrounds, and interests;
  • Enhance understanding of, and appreciation for, the American judicial system at the trial court level;

MISSION STATEMENT
Pre-Med Club invites guest speakers who are involved with the medical field in some capacity to speak to students. This gives students a better understanding of the responsibilities associated with choosing a career in medicine, as well as an idea of the many medical specialties. We also organize excursions to medical facilities, such as Rose Medical Center and the CU Anschutz Medical Center, where students can speak with the people that work at the facilities and tour the building. Overall, Pre-Med Club provides students with the opportunity to learn more about their interest in the medical field.
