GW Students Get Career Head Starts at CEC

In the photo below, GW student Alysha Foley is attaching a fire hose to a “Y” coupling as a practice drill during her Fire Science class at CEC Middle College. When she completes her CEC class, Alysha will be prepared for a college training program, and she’ll start with credits she earned at CEC. In addition to Alysha, four other GW students are taking classes at CEC, with areas of study including Fashion Design, Video Game Design, Teaching Careers, and Graphic Design. These students attend afternoon sessions and earn 15 credits per semester. Teachers at CEC unanimously love the GW students!
