Advisors are working on student schedules for the 2018-2019 school year. After they are handed out, we will be holding schedule change dates in mid-May (TBA). If you would like a schedule change, it must be requested before June 1, as there will be no schedule changes after this date. Please click HERE to review GW’s schedule change policy.
George Washington’s JV and varsity baseball teams continue to raise money for field improvements, equipment, and scholarship funds. To that end, the Patriot Baseball Organization invites you to sponsor the team by advertising your business on an outfield fence banner at the school’s baseball field. The field is used by GW’s varsity and junior varsity baseball teams as well as adult league baseball teams from February through July. Sponsorship options are as follows:
Grand Slam: $1000, 5 year sponsorship
Home Run: $900, 4 year sponsorship
Triple: $750, 3 year sponsorship
Double: $400, 1 year sponsorship
Because we are reaching out relatively late in this year’s spring baseball season, your sponsorship through the end of 2018 will be complimentary and will officially begin in 2019. Your banner, however, will be added to the outfield fence as soon as we have it made, so you will receive a summer’s worth of free advertisement! This offer applies to all sponsorship levels.
If you know of a business that would be interested in advertising on our outfield fence, please contact Debbie Bishop at firstname.lastname@example.org or 303-908-6504. George’s baseball field is relatively small, so our outfield fence is less than 300 feet away from bleachers and fans and provides great visibility.
Thank you, and go Patriots!
