Beautiful Black Girls

Beautiful Black Girls (BBG) is a group organized to create a safe space for black girls to come together and share their experiences on life. It is also here as a resource to uplift and provide resources for them to be successful during and beyond high school. Some of our goals for the year are to have conversations on topics that impact us most, fundraising, organizing an HBCU tour, and volunteering.

The club provides a safe and welcoming environment for teens to develop a lifelong interest in and appreciation for reading and learning by expanding readers’ literary experience through reading and discussion.
