Focus on detail is crucial. In addition, a positive and calm attitude in the face of stressful situations is extremely important. Adaptability is necessary, as well, including the ability to engage in activities that might not be part of one’s specific job duties, i.e., willingness to help co-workers and clients when unexpected events arise.
Listening to colleagues and clients and asking questions. Dealing with difficult issues as soon as they come up. Responding to client calls and emails quickly and fully answering questions.
