On Tuesday, March 21 and Wednesday, March 22, Denver Health will be at GWHS to conduct TB testing for students who received an exposure notification earlier this week. Please find the schedule below:
Tuesday, March 21 (students will go to the Library based on the first letter of their last name)
Wednesday, March 22 (students will go to the Library)
8:45-10:45 – Makeup testing for any students who missed testing on Tuesday, March 21
If you would like your student to participate in TB testing, please complete a consent form (available in four languages) by Tuesday, March 21. We will also have printed copies of the consent form available in our Main Office. Additionally, we are now able to offer an online version of the consent form, available HERE in English, Spanish, Arabic and French.
