There are three ways to report an absence for your student:
Calling our Attendance Line at 720-423-8642,
Emailing our Attendance Office at attendance_georgewashington@dpsk12.org, or
Submitting an absence notification through Parent Portal (instructions in ENGLISH and SPANISH).
If you need your student to be released early from the school day, you may call anytime prior to your requested student release time. However, no early releases will be granted after 3:00pm. Please note, to ensure your student is able to be released at your requested time, calling at least an hour prior is best.
